There has been a lot of publicity recently surrounding women who leak urine during crossfit training. Leaking during exercise is a sign that your pelvic floor is not able to cope with the level of pressure being placed on it. Some women are able to improve their pelvic floor strength sufficiently, while others may have to modify their exercise routine. If doing pelvic floor exercises on your own doesn't work, a physiotherapist can help you perfect your technique. Surgery is a last resort in my opinion.
